Potlikker Ramen

img_3344This is a delicious (and extra nutritious) way to enjoy Potlikker (if you are not sure what that is or how to make it, you can find instructions under Liquid Gold).

Main Ingredients:

Jar of Potlikker (per serving of noodles)

Ramen noodles (I like a millet/brown rice blend ramen noodle)

Shichimi Togarashi (to taste; I add about a tablespoon)

Toppings (these are my recommendations, but customize as you wish):

chopped scallion

sprouts (I like radish and clover)

hard boiled egg

chili garlic paste

ginger

Instruction:

Bring potlikker to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender (these don’t take long- maybe 5 minutes). Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy while nice and hot! If you don’t feel like a new person after this one… I can’t help ya, honey.
