This is a delicious (and extra nutritious) way to enjoy Potlikker (if you are not sure what that is or how to make it, you can find instructions under Liquid Gold).
Jar of Potlikker (per serving of noodles)
Ramen noodles (I like a millet/brown rice blend ramen noodle)
Shichimi Togarashi (to taste; I add about a tablespoon)
Toppings (these are my recommendations, but customize as you wish):
sprouts (I like radish and clover)
hard boiled egg
chili garlic paste
Bring potlikker to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender (these don’t take long- maybe 5 minutes). Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy while nice and hot! If you don’t feel like a new person after this one… I can’t help ya, honey.
