This is a delicious (and extra nutritious) way to enjoy Potlikker (if you are not sure what that is or how to make it, you can find instructions under Liquid Gold).
Main Ingredients:
16oz. jar of Potlikker (per serving of noodles)
Ramen noodles
Shichimi Togarashi (to taste; I add about a tablespoon)
Toppings (these are my recommendations, but customize as you wish):
chopped scallion
sprouts
boiled egg
chili garlic paste
fresh ginger
Instruction:
Bring potlikker to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender. Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy while nice and hot! If you don’t feel like a new person after this one… I can’t help ya, honey.
