October Grocery List + Meal Suggestions

This isn’t intended to be enough for an entire month, but titling it “Grocery List and Meal Suggestions for two weeks of October” seemed awkward.

My hope is that if you’re feeling a bit stuck in your routine or overwhelmed with this season, a straightforward shopping list and a few ways to use the ingredients, may in some small way lighten your load. I’ve organized the groceries by category. Then I have given just a few meal ideas. There are no recipes provided (some ideas don’t even involve recipes), but feel free to inquire (some are from cookbooks I own, but I’ll direct you to the book). I didn’t include any personal home goods, pet items, kid-specific items, or treats because none of that felt relevant.
